4WDriving in Auckland

Does anyone know of any tracks in the Auckland or not so far from Auckland area. Apart from Woodhill, or joining a 4WD club. doesn't seem to be much around ?

Nope not a lot around atm and those that are are either seasonally closed or in the process of being closed. Future of open 4 wheeling up here is on borrowed time
Ie beach runs. River head forest. Woodhill. Justvto name a few.....

A few paper roads kicking around although most are nothing more than a gravel road these days.
Why not join a club and get access to more places & meet great people.
